21-year-old Julia Wendell from Poland has sparked fresh interest in the missing Madeleine McCann case after saying she might be the child that went missing on May 3, 2007, while vacationing with her parents at a resort in Portugal.

As proof of her allegations, the young woman, who is also known as Julia Faustyna, revealed she has the same eye defect and birthmarks as Maddie. She also claimed that her family’s lack of pictures from her early childhood made her suspicious about her past.

Now, Julia has come up with fresh allegations saying she once overheard her mother admitting that they “took her.”

“What we found after some digging into this is that she overheard her mom saying something along the lines of ‘I don’t know why we have this girl, she has always been a troublemaker since we took her,’” Dr. Fia Johansson, Julia’s representative, said.

“Since then she started to question what was going on and whether her parents were her true parents.”

Julia further claimed that she once came across a picture of the man who allegedly ab*sed her when she was a young child.

“And when she looked into it the picture looked like the same man as one of the suspects in the Madeleine McCann case. It very much concerned her and she wondered why her family would keep this picture and how he was connected to them,” Johansson added.

The new allegations come after Julia’s family refused to undergo a DNA test that would confirm or rule out the possibility that she indeed is Madeleine McCann.

Julia, however, has since already been in talks with Maddie’s parents who reportedly agreed to take the DNA test themselves.
