Tragic reports are speaking about a toddler being found dead inside a scorching hot vehicle in Spain.
The incident arose as the child was mistakenly left inside the hot car in Spain as temperatures soared to a staggering 35 degrees centigrade during the horror heatwave in the country. These drastic temperatures are now affecting all of southern Europe.
The boy was said to be of age two and was found inside his father’s vehicle on the industrial estate in the Costa Dorada town of Valls at 3 pm.
Sources confirmed that firefighters were the first to reach the scene and tried to revive him with assistance from emergency first responders who soon arrived after that.
The boy was removed from the vehicle and taken into an area with air conditioning where his father worked while he and several other colleagues were seen waiting to get assistance.
After carrying out CPR on the young child, they soon found out that he had entered a phase of cardiac arrest.
Efforts to save his life were tragically unsuccessful, and he was soon pronounced dead at the scene of the crime.
Police sources shared how the toddler’s dad had arrived for work at about 9 am in the morning and forgotten him inside his car’s back seat.
