Actor Robert De Niro sported a very somber look ahead of his grandson’s funeral.
The star refrained from speaking too much but did mention how the family is not doing well as they grieve the loss of their beloved and loving member.
The actor and his loved ones are still trying to recover from the shock that his grandson is no more after startling reports claim he was found dead at his residential apartment in New York City.
His friend made the gruesome finding after he offered to conduct a welfare check on Leandro as he was missing for a few days and was not even attending to his calls and text messages. But little did he know that he would be dead. The body was propped up against the chair and it was clear that this was not normal behavior.
Moreover, other shocking reports spoke about how a suspicious white-colored powder was discovered near his remains and that led to the cops making all kinds of assumptions and instantly leading to various speculations in the eyes of the public.
“We are not doing well at this moment in time. We would request for our privacy as we mourn and grieve in peace”- The actor was seen mentioning.
The star and his family appeared so somber. It was also tragic to see Robert De Niro try and remain positive but seeing his grandson’s casket made him all emotional again as he and his loved ones prepared to pay their final respects to him.
The actor wore a black suit and black pants with a white colored shirt and a formal tie. He says it’s a moment of grief and heartbreak and he hopes to find more answers regarding what really went on that night.
