A mother from France was given a life sentence for starving her 13-year-old daughter to death as per reports from local media outlets.
Sandrine Pissarra was punished after the court found her guilty of killing her daughter in the most cruel ways imaginable.
Sources from local French media outlets shared that the mother was not a fan of her daughter’s looks. She detested the fact that the daughter appeared like her father.
At the time of her death, the daughter named Amandine weighed only 28 kilograms at five feet and one inch tall during the time of her death.
Her face was reportedly swollen and she even lost several of her teeth. She was said to be covered in infected wounds and her hair was also pulled out as per one medical report shared with the press.
These conditions were proof of the fact that she was kept in some very unhealthy conditions. Amandine passed away in Montblanc’s village, which is in the southwest of Montpellier. She suffered from serious weight and muscle loss.
This includes septicemia after she was locked by her evil mom in a storage room and even deprived of any food and drinks for up to several weeks until she lost her battle with life.
