It’s shocking for some people that the real cause of death is being unveiled right now, although the incident took place six months back. The star reportedly suffered from a cardiac arrest at her residence in Calabasas.

Therefore, she was rushed to a nearby medical facility where she reportedly died in the hospital as the doctors could not bring her back to life. Now, sources are breaking down what exactly went down that day, which led to her sudden and tragic death.

The star reportedly underwent weight loss surgery and that had some serious complications which took a toll on her health. This included the development of an obstruction in her bowel that was caused by adhesions that were developed after her bariatric surgery.

Her blood test results featured therapeutic levels of oxycodone and another opioid that is in turn used to treat opioid dependence. Meanwhile, there were also traces of another anti-psychotic drug inside her system. And it’s just a combo of all of this that caused this to arise.

The court documents outlined the cause of death to be a sequel of the bowel obstruction that arose after her weight loss surgery. And it’s just so tragic how so many things took place in such a short span of time, taking her life in the end.

The results shed light on how the star also had a history of alcohol and drug abuse, years before. She was even called out for having a problem with remembering whether or not she had taken her medications.
