The rapper donned a bizarre outfit featuring a bridal corset that came with a lace veil. And it’s safe to say that she failed to impress her fans, followers, and fashion critics across the board.

The star and her styling team’s decision to let the rapper hit the Red Carpet appearing like a blushing bride in the color pink had people talking for obvious reasons.

Many called it just a poor choice of fashion and others felt that the star’s stylist team should be fired for thinking such a wedding theme for one of the biggest nights in the music world’s history was alright. And while we are all well aware of the singer making some bold fashion choices, this was definitely uncalled for.

The gown happened to be from none other than leading luxury designer label Dolce and Gabanna and that raised even more eyebrows as to why the decision to go with such an attire was made.

Fashion critics claim it gave both the rapper and the designers a bad name, calling it a poor decision for obvious means.

She appeared glamorous in her pastel lingerie which shone through her sheer gown and that was the part that people just did not quite get, ruining the outfit as a whole.

Others called it distasteful and just unnecessary, while others felt she would be named the queen for this event’s worth-dressed list.

The Barbie-inspired look also came with a bubblegum-themed veil and pink makeup and accessories. It was definitely something different than what many were accustomed to seeing the flesh-baring rapper in. Others wondered what the styling theme was thinking when they decided to make her wear a bridal outfit at the VMAs.
