The proceeding had repudiated Roe v Wade as well as the Planned Parenthood vs Casey case that drew back to the year 1992.

Sources added that if and whenever this particular draft comes into final action, we will see the country’s Supreme Court removing the federal right leading to abortion in the US and that means it will now be in the hands of elected officials of every state to take into consideration whether they will be allowed women to move ahead with their abortions or not.

For now, a total of 26 states are leaning toward banning it, in case Roe v. Wade gets overturned because that would be outlawing more than half of the country’s legal right to abortion.

The news is definitely a major shocker to plenty as the Republican party makes way for an investigation into understanding how exactly such a high-profile and private document was leaked in the first place.

If and when carried forward, the new change is set to undo at least 50 years of American abortion rights through the scrapping of this landmark decision.

President Biden recently commented on the decision, referring to it as a radical change and adding how it would severely impact gay marriages as well.

But the fact that the highest court in the US is now deeming the decision unconstitutional, it will be more than interesting to see how things play out in the near future.point 140 | 1
