Clemson University President Jim Clements saw the graduation of a lifetime when his youngest daughter happily and mistakenly knocked him down while accepting her diploma.
The school witnessed students enrolled int the Clemson Life Program walk the stage. This is for those with intellectual disabilities.
When Grace Clements went up to get her diploma that she earned from her hard work at the South Carolina University, she leapt into her father’s arms, and the both of them just toppled over while still beaming happily with pride.
The program is known for teaching job skills, independence, and also how to sack a university president, the message shared on the President’s Instagram account read with some heartwarming and humor-filled emojis.
The hashtags added included dad down, best graduation ever, and amazing grace. Moreover, many called it the most amazing post that would go down in history for being so beautiful in context. Others wished them well for the future and felt they shared the most loving father-daughter bond.
