Ashley St Clair is now suing Elon Musk for full custody of her child as she says that the baby is his.
The 26-year-old was seen filing a paternity lawsuit against the Space X CEO. This means she would like to have solo legal custody of him.
The child was reportedly born in September of 2024 and is now only identified in the court documents as R.S.C. and there’s no specific birth date that was provided.
As per the documents, attained by the Mirror US, St. Clair alleged that Musk met him only a few times and there was no involvement there in his care and upbringing.
This would be Musk’s 13th child though he never publicly acknowledged the baby or confirmed that he was indeed the dad.
St. Clair was very bold in her claims including how she was certain that Musk was the dad. She added that she never had any kind of intercourse with any man during the time that the baby was conceived.
She then asked the court to make the billionaire undergo genetic testing to prove that he was indeed the dad.
Her bombshell text messages were also shared where Musk can be seen asking her how she’s so cute and he wouldn’t mind knocking her up for a second time.
