Internet sleuths were sure that the woman seen beside Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his colleague Kristin Cabot was one of their co-workers, Alyssa Stoddard.
However, as per reports from media outlet Page Six, the red-faced woman is not! A rep for the firm’s public relations department hired by Astronomer says that it’s sad that the matter has blown out of proportion and someone has been mistakenly identified and dragged into the ordeal when it’s got nothing to do with her.
They called the rumor totally false and baseless misinformation, advising people watching online to kindly clarify facts before reaching this level.
Many were sure as they do share so many similarities but it’s not true. Five months back, she shared on LinkedIn how happy she was to start her next adventure. This included working alongside Kristin Cabot and the amazing individuals at Astronomer, leading People Operations and Strategy.
She kept on gushing over the Byron-led organization in February. ‘Astronomer is on a mission to deliver the world’s data, and what I’ve experienced so far has been nothing short of inspiring,’ the post read.
They also mentioned how honored they were to be a part of the journey and cannot wait to see what lies ahead. But after this controversy, it does not appear to be happening anytime soon.
