Tearful Kate Middleton, the new Princess of Wales, has revealed her son Prince Louis’s sweet tribute to the Queen.
The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, went on a 40-minute walk around Windsor Castle to meet with crowds and inspect floral tributes for Her Majesty, who passed away at the age of 96.
Among the crowd, Banita Ranow, said she heard the mother-of-three tell children next to her about her son Louis, 4, had said about the death of his great-grandmother.
Ms. Ranow from west London said the Princess of Wales told the children: “Louis said at least Grannie is with great grandpa now.”
She also said that Kate was in tears while speaking to the children, adding that seeing William and Harry and their wives together was “really nice.”
Her mother Bajlinder Ranow, 64, also said that seeing the four was ‘fabulous.’
“It was so beautiful to see,” she expressed. “I felt so emotional and I felt the Queen would have loved it. I just hope in the future they remain like that and that the brothers come together, and the families.”
Prince Louis stole the show at the Buckingham Palace balcony during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations by covering his ears and howling during the flypast.
His loving ‘Gan Gan’ the Queen interacted with the young royal and pointed out the aircraft.
This comes as William and Kate and Harry and Meghan were greeted by the crowd as they walked along the gates of Windsor castle to honor the Queen’s legacy.
A Kensington Palace source said that the Prince of Wales invited the Sussexes to join them.
