The new Princess of Wales debuted a new hairstyle as she stepped out of Windsor Castle alongside her husband the Prince of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Kate and William inspected floral tributes left outside the gates of the Berkshire estate for Her Majesty, who passed away in Balmoral Castle at the age of 96.
The surprise joint engagement with Harry and Meghan marks the first time that the four have appeared in public together since Commonwealth Day on March 9, 2020.
Kate was seen dressed in a black midi dress as she wore her hair, which seemed to have been highlighted with a lighter color, down her back.
According to the Daily Mail, the Princess of Wales has often lightened her locks from a darker tone each September after summer breaks.
Just last month, she was seen at the Commonwealth Games with dark-colored tresses.
William and Harry and their wives Kate and Meghan all wore black attire as they met with the crowd and inspected floral tributes for the Queen.
Even though they were greeted by applause as they walked through the gates of the Berkshire estate, there were moments when some mourners greeted the former actress with stony faces.
The Sussexes were seen holding hands as they looked at the tributes, with Harry affectionally placing his hand on his wife’s back.
Meghan was also seen being given a hug by a little girl in the crowd. she later approached a teenager who asked: “Can I have a hug?” and the duchess can be seen nodding before giving her a big embrace.
The Sussexes will extend their stay in the UK until the Queen’s state funeral on September 19.
