JUST IN: ‘Call Of Duty’ And ‘One Life To Live’ Star Kamar De Los Reyes Has DIED At The Age Of 56


‘Call of Duty’ star Kamar de los Reyes has passed away at the age of 56 after shortly after being diagnosed with cancer.

The heartbreaking news was confirmed by a family spokesperson to The Hollywood Reporter, revealing that the actor died on Saturday in Los Angeles.

The late star was also best known for playing villain Antonio Vega on ‘One Life To Live’ from 1995 to 2009.

De los Reyes voiced the character of Raul Menendez in the popular video game franchise ‘Call Of Duty.’

He also appeared in seven episodes of the hit CW show ‘All American’ as Coach Montes and starred in ‘Sleepy Hollow.’

The late actor also made appearances on The Rookie, Four Corners, ER, Valley of the Dolls, and All American.

Aside from the small screen, he also graced the silver screen with roles in movies such as Hot Guys with Guns, The Cell, In Search of a Dream, Nixon, LA Apocalypse, Amelia 2.0, and Salt.

The statement issued by representatives for his family said that the actor was born November 8, 1967 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

He grew up in Las Vegas loving to dance and sing before moving to Los Angeles in the ‘80s to become an entertainer.

De los Reyes is survived by his wife, actress Sherri Saum, and his sons Caylen, 26, and twins Michael and John, 9.

He is also survived by parents Walfredo and Matilde, sisters Ilde and Lily, and brothers Daniel and Walfredo, Jr.

In his most recent post on Instagram, de los Reyes celebrated his eldest son’s milestone.

“Always knew you’d do great things – never dreamed how great. My pride to have you as my son overwhelms me,” he wrote.
