JUST IN: Juror In Depp-Heard Trial Speaks Out And REVEALS Which Moment Sunk Amber’s Case

An alleged juror in the Depp-Heard trial has spoken out and revealed what made the jurors rule in Johnny’s favor.

On Wednesday, the blockbuster defamation trial came to an end with a verdict in Johnny Depp’s favor. A man who was allegedly a juror in the trial has since emerged on TikTok where he anonymously answered the most important questions concerning the jury’s ruling.

According to the unnamed man, the jury felt Heard was a “gaslighter” and an “instigator” of violence who could never bring herself to admit that she did anything wrong.

He also suggested that the majority of jurors simply couldn’t empathize with Heard and that her proven lies were the reason why she lost the case.

“So today was my last day of being a juror on the Amber Heard-Johnny Depp trial. And I wish to remain anonymous, but I thought I would give some insight about my thoughts about the trial,” the man said.

“I don’t follow pop culture too much so I haven’t really been a fan of Johnny Depp or Amber Heard, so I feel like I can be pretty unbiased about the whole thing.

“But from the very beginning, when Amber Heard was testifying, everything just seemed so off with how she kept making eye contact with me, and it made me extremely uncomfortable – to the extent where I would no longer look over at her, when she was giving her answers.

“I would just listen intently, and everything she was saying came off like bulls***.”

He went on to say that Heard came across as a “crazy woman” and that he couldn’t bring himself to look at her after her “uncomfortable” stare-downs.

Speaking of Heard’s legal team’s reaction to the verdict and attorney Elaine Bredehoft’s accusations that the jury didn’t follow rules, the alleged juror added:

“I’m trying to view this from a place of empathy and understanding. I’m not sure if you guys noticed how much Amber Heard was gaslighting Johnny Depp. She could never admit she was wrong.

“You can even tell with how she spoke to him in the recordings – she never admitted to him she did anything. And she carried that on to the trial. And I feel like we as humans naturally take our own personal truths to the grave when we can’t admit that we are wrong.”

He continued: “So I feel that that is what her team is doing now. Doing a smear campaign, to not admit that they were guilty. Because if they were just to cower down, and accept the verdict, in a way to the public eye it can be seen as an admission of guilt.

“So I think this is just their way of trying to claw and tooth their way into trying to save dignity, in some form, for Amber Heard.”

The juror also revealed that one of the main breaking points in the case was when Heard, after years of claiming otherwise, finally admitted she hadn’t donated the amount she had pledged to charity.

Furthermore, while some jurors reportedly wanted to award Depp $50 million in damages, they were forced to meet somewhere in the middle and decide on $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages, the juror explained.

Under Virginia’s law, however, punitive damages had to be reduced to $350,000, bringing the total amount Heard has to pay to Depp to $10.35 million.

The juror also explained why Heard was granted $2 million in compensatory damages as part of her defamation countersuit.

“So Amber Heard was awarded two million dollars in this case for a couple of different reasons,” he said.

“If you remember, she was also suing Johnny Depp in this trial for defamation, due to the statements made by Johnny’s lawyers. Who were stating that Amber roughed up the apartment to make it look way worse for police.

“Unfortunately the fact of her doing that, or not doing that, could not be proven. But it could prove that it did defame her, in ways, due to those statements made by Johnny’s lawyers.”

He continued: “So you might be wondering, why not just award Johnny $13 million instead of $15 million, and giving Amber $2 million? Well, it just comes down to accountability, and holding both parties accountable for what was done wrong.”

Among other things, the juror also praised Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez while taking a jab at Amber’s sister, Whitney, saying “she seemed to be supporting her sister out of obligation and manipulation.”

Concluding his remarks, the man said the majority of jurors agreed that Depp was more credible than his ex-wife.

“It wasn’t completely unanimous at the beginning of deliberation. But all did agree she was more guilty than Johnny,” he admitted.
