Judge awards family nearly $1B for botched delivery of baby at Utah hospital he blasted as ‘most dangerous place on the planet’


A judge from Utah was seen awardking a family close to $1 billion dollars which is said to be the biggest amount in the state’s history.

The news comes after a hospital was so negligent in the handling of the baby girl’s delivery that she would likely suffer a lifetime of disabilities, as per the latest report on this matter.

Anyssa Zancanella, Danniel, and their 5-year-old child were given the huge sum of money by Judge named Patrick Corum during the start of this month.

This is after he found Steward Health Care liable for the botched delivery of the newborn child in West Valley City of Utah.

The nurses who were assigned to Zancanella at Jordan Valley Medical Center were so green they’d barely finish their training.

At the time, they were found liable for giving the mother huge doses of a labor-inducing drug while the on-call doctor slept in the nearby room. This was shared in the family’s lawsuit. The baby was not delivered until nearly a day later, and after a huge overdue C-section, the lawsuit mentioned.
