A woman was kicked from the Fairfax courtroom after shouting that Johnny Depp is the father of her baby.
The bizarre incident took place during the morning break when one of the one hundred people who were allowed to watch the trial on Monday suddenly stood up and proclaimed Depp is the father of her child.
While the announcement was not broadcasted or caught on camera due to its timing, the incident was described by Angenette Levy of Law & Crime Network.
“All of a sudden, this woman… she stands up at the back of the courtroom with her baby, and she says ‘Johnny I love you, our souls are connected,’” Levy recalled.
“She held up the baby and said ‘This baby is yours.’ The deputy was like ‘You’re outta here.’ It was pretty wild. It was a moment.”
According to the report, Depp allegedly acknowledged the woman by waving to her while she was being taken out of the courtroom.
After the incident, Levy followed the woman in an attempt to find out more about her declaration and why she did it.
As the woman allegedly insisted, she and her husband decided to go through with their joke thinking “it would be funny.”
“Just FYI everybody. Johnny Depp does not have a third baby out there that was at the courthouse today,” Levy added.
The news comes shortly after it was revealed that hundreds of Johnny Depp fans are camping outside the courthouse and arriving as early as 2 am in order to secure a seat among 100 spectators that are allowed into the courtroom to view the trial in person.
