Top singer and songwriter Jimmy Buffett has passed away at the age of 76.
According to reports from local media outlets, the superstar was known for his famous hit single Margaritaville and that turned into a viral sensation that celebrated his mega empire worth billions.
The heartbreaking news was announced by his family who issued a statement on the tragedy and added how he died peacefully during the later hours of Friday while surrounded by his loved ones. This included his close friends, family, and his dogs.
The news was also posted on the star’s official webpage and social media accounts.
He is believed to have lived the best life, just like the way his songs represented him. And sources claim this was until he breathed his last breath.
