Jessica Simpson is making heads turn after entering into a very contemplative mood recently.
The diva was seen reposting some images of herself from nearly six years back to her Stories on the Instagram app. And that’s where the Take My Breath Away hitmaker was seen speaking about the snap that she put on her profile in the year 2021. During that period, the caption was 6 years back.
The famous Dukes of Hazard actress added in her recently published memoir called Open Book how she ended up going sober in the year 2017 and then opted to take to her Instagram app to share pictures of herself while amid her addiction period.
The snap was certainly far from unflattering and it featured this blonde stunner looking so different even the star says that it’s hard to recognize herself in this and she certainly isn’t proud of it.
But Jessica did not stop there, she had plenty of self-discovery over there to unlock as well as to explore. And that was the time that she knew at that moment that she’d be allowing herself to take the light back and prove victory over her internal battle regarding self-respect.
Simpson further revealed how the fact that time flies and it’s been four years since this was put has her mind blown. She has no plans of looking at things in a backward direction and hopes to heal in this beautiful world.
“I always wished to be that leader and break the generational cycles so I could move on forward”- She also added how she doesn’t want to regret or dwell over the choices she’s made in life and that’s why she is speaking loud and clear that her life’s decisions were not enforced.
