Sophia Hutchins has passed away at the age of 29.
Hutchins was a close friend and manager to Caitlyn Jenner and is said to have died in an ATV accident, as shared by PEOPLE magazine.
TMZ was the first to share the devastating news, citing information from law enforcement agencies and family sources.
Hutchins was declared dead during the morning hours of Wednesday in Malibu, California, as per the outlet reports.
She was said to be driving an ATV down a road near Jenner’s home in Malibu when she crashed into the bumper of a moving vehicle that was carrying two passengers.
The ATV was forced over the shoulder and fell close to 350 feet down a ravine.
Both passengers in the other vehicle remain uninjured, but Hutchins died. The victim was said to be the CEO and director of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, and the duo met in 2015.
This was during the phase when Caitlyn was undergoing her transition, and therefore, the duo was said to have bonded quickly in no time.
Jenner has shared her thoughts on the matter, including how heartbroken she is to learn about her death and cannot seem to process the whole situation. Hutchins later praised Jenner for always pushing her to grow, and even went on to appear in several episodes of the E! reality series called I Am Cait.
