Police in West London has issued an alert for a schoolgirl that reportedly went missing on Friday.
The 13-year-old was last seen wearing black-colored leggings and a black-toned puffer coat as she left her home for school.
Katie who hails from Hillingdon in West London went missing during the afternoon hours of 1:30 pm on Friday and was never seen after that.
According to local media reports, Scotland Yard has even launched its own urgent appeal for the missing teen in an effort to encourage the public to be vigilant and help them with their search of finding young Katie from Hillingdon.
Scotland Yard has appealed for more information about young Katie’s sudden disappearance and possible locations for her whereabouts. For that reason, they have urged those who may have any clues on the matter to please contact the police or give information via their official Twitter account.
The Met’s urgent announcement for the missing schoolgirl was posted through social media and it read the following: “13-year-old Katie was last seen during the afternoon hours of 1:30 pm on Friday, March 11, 2020. She was wearing black leggings and a black colored puffer coat”- the message stated.
