A line was drawn in ink recently after a tattoo artist put up videos of herself inking babies.
The video showcased the tattoo artist giving a little baby an inking and many were beyond horrified to learn of the behavior.
At first, many users felt that it was a joke. After all, tattoos and babies just don’t go hand in hand. However, they were clearly wrong.
Ayala Bratt who has worked as a professional artist for the past three years recently came under fire for providing a toddler with a tattoo. She claims that it was harmless and she only wished for him to match with the tattoos of his mom and dad so that’s why she did it. But as you can imagine, that was the poorest justification imaginable.
Today, the video that features the artist inking her baby has gone viral and is now receiving more than 26 million views. It showed Bratt providing the tiny toddler with a stencil tattoo. In the video and also the images, the father can be seen clicking his fingers.
With this, he is able to distract his child. But what the mother says next really has people fuming.
“I think it’s okay to open up young children into the world of tattoos. It’s completely okay”- she went on to add.
22-year-old Bratt adds that tattoos are just another way of expressing one’s self and it’s no longer looked down upon or frowned upon due to some sort of bizarre myth of being related to gangsters.
Hence, she hoped people would understand and not start judging her for her behavior immediately.
So as you can see, all that fury for nothing because people never understood how the whole ordeal comprised of a stencil tattoo and that is what led to thousands condemning her behavior since she was a mother.
