One iHop restaurant in Arkansas is garnering plenty of attention after it put up a shocking anti-Biden notice on its doors.
The restaurant slammed the current President of the United States as the real reason why nobody wants to work anymore in this country, adding how unemployment continues to rise in the pandemic thanks to his policy.
“Nobody wants to work anymore and it has to do with the fact that Biden gave out way too much free money. For this reason, we have no choice but to be forced to reduce our hours during the week,” read the sign on the restaurant’s doors.
Local media outlets explained how the notice was posted as soon as the Biden administration stated that employers had added nearly 210,000 jobs in the month of November, which fell quite short of forecasts made by plenty of economists.
Since then, the sign has managed to garner a series of mixed reactions with plenty of citizens welcoming it as the truth. Moreover, some even applauded the restaurant’s initiative for having the courage to be blunt. Meanwhile, others felt the move was disappointing and not something they were expecting.
“Your level of frustration is clearly misplaced and inappropriate,” tweeted one user who also revealed how they would certainly not be returning back to a chain that displayed such attitude.
In addition to that, the controversial sign also went on to add how the restaurant would now only be open from 7 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 7 am to 10 pm on weekends.
The news comes as the White House recently declared how America was getting back on track in terms of work but by the looks of it, that seems to be a far-fetched reality.
