After The View co-host Joy Behar called upon President Donald Trump, jealous of former US President Barack Obama, the White House shared a stern warning.
A spokesperson for Trump’s White House added how Behar was an irrelevant loser and mentioned how the daytime talk show could be the next to be pulled off air. This comes after Trump’s war against the late-night shows, with the president applauding the cancellation of Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show and adding how Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon would get the same fate.
‘Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, the statement added to Entertainment Weekly.
Rogers went on to state how The View was hit with the lowest ratings and therefore Behar needed to self-reflect on her own jealousy of Trump’s historic popularity before her show is the next to get pulled off air.
Another spokesperson for The View replied to the statement from the White House, telling EW that ‘season to date, The View is currently ranking at number 1 in households and total viewers among all network daytime talk shows and news programs for the fifth straight season.
