One man has reportedly broken all records and opted to sue a hospital for a staggering amount of money because of the mental torture that he has been through after his wife’s c-section.

The pair have been busy shopping and preparing for the little one to come but little did he know that a woman would go through so much for a single option to have the child delivered. Moreover, he added that this is not something that he signed up for and it’s high time that the hospital took responsibility for this situation.

He recently made headlines when he opted to file court documents and those had some very interesting sayings on them which included how the hospital had broken its duty of care and went ahead with the procedure that he called traumatic for him to watch.

He further raised eyebrows when speaking about the emotional trauma and scar that it left behind as well. In the same way, he claims that nothing can be done to erase those memories and it’s time the hospital compensated for the highly complicated matter.

“They encouraged and permitted me to see every single minute of the procedure. They knew I was scared and to see all that blood and organs was just uncalled for”- he ranted.
