A teenage golf prodigy has unexpectedly died after collapsing during a homecoming prank.
According to reports from local media outlets, Hadden Kelly was ‘TPing’ a yard with his close friends when all of a sudden, he collapsed to the ground in Dodge County, Georgia, on Monday.
The family says the junior was busy taking part in this prank with his close pals, which involved throwing toilet paper at homes and tree,s when a friend found him unresponsive at about 9 am.
His great uncle explained how his nephew was rushed to the nearby hospital and was later pronounced dead. The athlete’s death remains unclear, and they’re still waiting for the results of the autopsy.
The teen was said to be busy preparing to compete in the upcoming state tournament and was hailed as one of Dodge County High School’s most talented individuals, leaving friends, family, and the entire community in shock after his sudden death.
His uncle called him a jam-up golfer, adding that if he didn’t die so soon, he had the talent to be a professional golfer because that’s how great his skill was. For now, loved ones are trying to wrap their heads around this mysterious death.
