Donald Trump’s inauguration is just moments away and as we anticipate the great event, America is currently walking on thin ice.

Federal, state, and local law enforcement authorities are currently on high alert at this moment in time before his inauguration ceremony begins.

Thousands of officers and agents from the Department of Homeland Security, Capitol Police, Metropolitan Police Department, and the FBI are put on high alert.

Other members doing their duty will include the National Guard and the US Secret Service.

Inaugurations are always considered to be red alert events as they feature an entire list of high-profile individuals as guests attending the ceremony from all over the world.

But the fact that Donald Trump has been targeted twice for assassination puts him at an even greater risk than before.

Security preparations are said to be foolproof and temporary flight restrictions were also in place in and around the city of Washington DC.

The US Coast Guard will also share any kind of maritime restrictions that would be related to the inauguration. Other than that, a lot of fencing and concrete barriers were installed to supplement the fencing around the Capitol. We saw a similar event take place for former US President Jimmy Carter’s funeral.
