Victoria Beckham was seen breaking her silence and opening up for the first time in 20 years since the news broke out about her husband’s alleged affair.
The leading designer who just showcased her latest collection at Paris Fashion Week had tears rolling down her face while she described the immense pain she suffered in the aftermath of the claims regarding her husband’s affair with Rebecca Loos.
It’s been two decades but Victoria says the painful aspect of the whole incident still haunts her today and that was the most difficult phase of her life. To accept that and move on was still so challenging, she added.
For her, the months that followed that incident happened to be the most difficult time of her life when speculations about David getting close to his PA while he was playing for the team in Spain took social media by storm.
Victoria says it was all just so public and it just didn’t allow her to take a moment and recollect her thoughts. For her, the months before that were super hard and she did not even feel he was her partner, immediately after that.
But to forgive and forget was a difficult choice she ended up making and today, the couple is stronger than ever with their children being their top priority.
The couple added in their latest interview that was recently aired how they had to fight back the pressure that surrounded their relationship and they needed to ensure their kids were protected at all times.
“Yes, we fought for our family and we had to. We did not have any option”- the former Spice Girl singer added. Moreover, the couple also opened up about how they were drowning in their marriage and felt physically sick every single day with constant fights to try and save their marriage.
