Jada Pinkett Smith is showing off some major new hair as the star was seen donning a new look to ring in another year of her life.

The look was certainly unique and featured a pink-toned hairdo that really gave her 52nd birthday celebrations a unique touch. And that was evident in the long list of images on display. 

The famous actress from The Girls Trip has often been very open when it comes to her battle with alopecia. Therefore, to see her experimenting with hair color was definitely a great twist that not a lot of people saw coming.

The star mentioned how she was having a lot of fun with hue and even likened her new hair tone to a fruity dessert. 

She called it a birthday sherbet surprise and it came with a Virgo sunrise. Moreover, the mom of two captioned her image with another glowing selfie which was posted across Instagram for fans to enjoy.

The click featured the star staring dead straight into the camera with a big and soft smile while showcasing her new nails that appeared to be very similar to her hair too.

It was not long before people noticed the change and rushed to the comments section to compliment her for the startling look. 

DJ Jazzy Jeff who is the ex-collaborator for her husband Will Smith, also commented on the new image and wished her Happy Birthday Sister!

Other celebs from the industry followed up with their own wishes and it was just heartwarming to see them. 

But after a while, it appeared that the comments got too much and that’s when the star opted to disable them. Hence, you’re lucky if you were a part of the selected few to make a mark on her new look.

Many saw this as a positive change from that seen at the Oscars where her husband slapped Chris Rock for commenting on her hair, or lack of it.
