Former US President Donald Trump has made it very clear that he feels that Ukraine might not be able to survive the Russian war against it, despite assistance from the US.
Trump’s shocking remarks come while he was seen defending his calls to draw on greater support to Ukraine in the face of the Polish President and others’ issues that the EU lacks the power to equip Kyiv without America’s support.
Trump explained to Fox News in a bold statement, ‘Well, it might not survive anyway!’- he continued.
He also mentioned how the US has its own fair share of weaknesses with Russia. Therefore, it takes two. ‘Look, it was not going to happen. That war and it happened. So now we are stuck with this giant mess!’- he shared.
In the previous week, the CIA director mentioned how most intelligence sharing with Ukraine was put on hold.
Moreover, the Trump administration also stopped aid to Ukraine at the same time. Ukraine’s peace envoy mentioned in public how America could resume intelligence sharing as well as military aid to Ukraine if Kyiv were to finalize the mineral agreement.
