Actress Amber Heard was recently slammed as a desperate gold-digger by one of Johnny Depp’s famous friends, Mickey Rourke.
The celeb spoke his mind about the former couple’s past relationship and how their explosive trial was just beyond mind-blowing for him and plenty of others to watch.
Mickey branded Heard as a woman that was so desperate to seek attention, fame, and money and that’s why she fit the description of a true gold-digger.
In addition to that, Mickey highlighted during his candid interview with Piers Morgan how he knew Johnny Depp for so many years and that’s why it was a little hard for him to watch the celeb go through so much in the recent past.
“I was also once in a situation where I had been blamed for something that I had never done. It cost me fame, money, jobs, and movie. And to see someone else go through something similar, all thanks to a gold-digger was just beyond infuriating for me”- the celeb added.
But Mickey says that the truth always prevails in the end and for that, he couldn’t be more grateful to see Amber Head lose the case and his pal Johnny Depp win in the end.
“I couldn’t agree more that this woman was hungry for nothing but money. It’s just appalling”- he went on to add.
Mickey added that Johnny Depp always fought the case with one intention in mind and that was related to how he wanted his life back. But as far as Amber Heard is concerned, for her, it was more about fame and money. And in the end, she got nothing but embarrassment.
