Actress Amber Heard will reportedly pay Johnny Depp for the alleged defamation charges granted to her by the court of law using funds she obtained as a gift from Elon Musk.
According to reports from local media outlets, the celeb is all geared up to use a luxurious present that was given to her by her ex-boyfriend and Tesla owner Elon Musk. And that will be enough to cover the hefty amount of money that has been fined her for losing the explosive lawsuit recently.
On Friday, we saw the court order the Aquaman actress to pay out $10 million to Johnny Depp as both parties failed to reach any major last-minute decision in regards to a settlement for the bombshell defamation trial.
The actress was deemed guilty of defaming the celeb and hence is now being made to pay the huge sum of money.
When Amber Heard’s legal team was questioned about whether or not the celeb was in a financial position to make a payment, her lawyers said absolutely not. Moreover, there were plenty of rumors arising about how Heard would end up going bankrupt too.
Images of the celeb shopping at a local grocery store for food and a department store for clothing at bargain prices were also seen making the rounds on social media, clearly defining where she stood financially.
As far as the gift is concerned, well, in case you didn’t guess it by now, it’s the extravagant and luxe Model X electric car which is worth nearly $130,000 as reported by Marca recently.
On just one single charge, the vehicle is capable to cover a mileage of nearly 628 kilometers and at the same time, it has a stellar 1,200 horsepower capacity as well.
