Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, was reportedly full of hate in the days before the shooting, a family friend has now confirmed.
The news comes as authorities revealed that the 22-year-old had confessed to the assassination and had been turned in by a relative, after the suspect first said he would rather kill himself instead of go into custody.
Bullets were reportedly found in the chamber of the rifle that was allegedly used by Robinson, and those included shocking left-wing slogans such as ‘Hey Fascist!’ and ‘Catch!’ as well as other shocking references like ‘Oh Bella, Ciao! ‘, which is another anti-fascist song from Italy.
These shocking and dramatic new details were shared by Utah Governor Spencer Cox, who mentioned how his own father was the one who turned him in.point 238 |
Authorities then went on to interview his roommate, who showed them many Discord messages that were shared by the suspect, including ones telling him to retrieve a rifle and giving details about where it might be found, wrapped in a towel, in a wooded area close to the Utah Valley University Campus.point 249 | 1
The father called the Washington County Sheriff’s Department and confronted his son when he got home, at which point Robinson admitted to them that he was indeed the gunman, sources confirmed. His father asked him to turn himself in, but his son replied that he would rather take his own life than do that.
