‘Anonymous’ has claimed that it has hacked Russia’s Central Bank.

According to local media reports, the leading hacking group says they are in the midst of exploiting Russia’s Central Bank which is known to control the country’s currency Ruble, ensuring its protection and safety as well.

The group has already made heads turn in Russia after it reportedly led several thousands of Kremlin documents in the recent past. And now, they claim that the next 48 hours are very crucial as they’re threatening to release a number of secret documents.

The news comes as the hacktivists put an image of a smiling masked character, along with a caption of the news.

Sources claim that the hacking organization plans on releasing at least 35,000 more files that entail a number of hidden conversations taking place in the country.

“JUST IN: The Anonymous collective has managed to hack the Central Bank of Russia. And more than 35,000 secret files will be released in the next 48 hours, along with a number of secret agreements too.”

Experts believe the files may be related to the growing number of speculations that entail the future of the Central Bank’s head, who is Elvira Nabiullina.
