Actress Megan Fox is creating a massive stir online after speaking about her X-rated comment as a justification for drinking her former lover’s blood.

“I am not with him anymore. We are not engaged and we do not live together. Beyond those details, I am just not willing to explain”- the model added. And when asked to comment on drinking blood, she says it’s a ritual that became a part of their engagement.
