A security guard was left dumbfounded when he accused a disabled woman of using the ‘disabled’ toilet for fun.

He asked her to prove to him that she was really disabled and what she did next left so many people in absolute shock.

The woman says she was mortified when the bouncer challenged her for using the disabled toilet. It was startling for her because she claims that no one in their right frame of mind would even think about faking a disability to use the bathroom.

Still, she opted to show him something that would make him understand why she was there in the first place.

The bouncer started to tell her that she looked appeared fine and had limbs that were in function. So why on earth would she be standing in a queue for this reason?

The fact that 25-year-old Lauren Parkes had to explain to the security guard about her Crohn’s Disease had her shocked but she was adamant to do it because he just would not let her go.

On that note, she lifted her clothing and there was a bag. This was a stoma bag that patients suffering from the ailment make use of.

“I’ve had the condition since I was just 19. And I’ve come to this conclusion after a long time that this is my new form of normalcy”- she adds.

But for someone to question her behavior had her furious as can be.

Lauren says she feels so discriminated against. The fact that she had to show the bouncer proof of being disabled really had her at a standstill.

She knows that he was just doing his job but this type of job could have been done better and with a lot more sympathy. What do you think?
