Kevin Costner’s former wife is all set to go back to school and get a higher education so she can enter the workforce with a bang.
Christine Baumgartner explained how she’s got her eyes on the prize and that includes making more money to fund and support her family.
The news comes after she and her estranged husband Kevin Costner made their way into the courtroom to have a word on what they planned on doing next, after claims of the very public and dirty divorce battle.
And that’s when Christine added that the figure outlined for child support payment by the courtroom on Costner is beyond a joke. She also said that the amount would never suffice in terms of providing the right support for the kids who she feels are beyond.
Christine and her team of intelligent lawyers did not anticipate Costner having the court hearing run in his favor.
She therefore feels that no matter what, she will be taking the long and hard route of struggling and that means going back to school, getting a higher degree, and attaining an education.
Hence, the shocking figure of $63K that the courtroom announced for child support was dubbed miserly. And Christine says that it’s unbelievable what her life has come to.
Both members of the couple were told to provide insights on what they plan to do next. And Christine just had a hard time imagining herself in this situation.
As far as Kevin Costner is concerned, he did not feel the least bit happy, guilty, or whatnot. He was just happy to be done with it and claimed he did not know how to express his feelings on the subject.
He failed to refer to it as his victory as his family was involved and it was not easy for them to comprehend most of this.
