A first-time mother has just shared how her four-month-old child is already a giant and weighs a staggering 22 pounds, while being two and a half feet long.
Maci Mugele shared a clip of her baby Gunner Mattheyer on TikTok last month, with the caption: When you have a 100th percentile, off-the-charts four-month-old.
Viewers were astounded at Gunner’s size, with some people going as far as to gush how he had one chunk roll too many and cute features.
In spite of that, others slammed the mother who continued to insist that the child is healthy, and doctors reassured her that he is just big for his age.
Gunner weighed 8lb 10oz and measured 9.5 inches when he was born in February of this year, but has since then shot up to 22 pounds and 8 ounces and now measures 2.5 feet long.
Despite Gunner being this large throughout the pregnancy, she also added that he’s got a big appetite and eats more than the average child present today.
The mother shared how she gets criticism from strangers about how she’s abusing her child, which might be the reason he appears so big in the first place.
However, she argued that this is not the case. Her baby has been going viral with over 20 million views on social media, and many can’t help but comment on his appearance.
