Gene Hackman and his wife’s death remain a mystery as authorities try to investigate how and why the couple was found dead at their mansion with a pet dog.
The trio was found lifeless inside the Santa Fe residence in New Mexico, and that has left a cloud of questions on what really went down.
As the investigation continues to unfold as we speak, one maintenance worker’s routine visit turned into a grim episode after spotting one of the bodies through the window.
As per Sheriff Adan Mendoza, there were no signs of any kind of carbon monoxide poisoning that led to the death.
Diving deep down into this matter, Mendoza shared how an initial case was carried out on the star’s pacemaker and that shared how it was last active on February 17th, 2025. This means he was dead more than 11 days before the bodies were found.
Sources shared how the police are refusing to comment on anything and also asking the press not to speculate until they have completed the investigation report.
The sequence of events that led to the death is also not clear as there is no CCTV footage to aid and determine what exactly went down that led to this tragedy.
