The 83-year-old British pensioner who gained fame after marrying her 37-year-old toyboy is now dubbing him as a money grabber.

The couple sparked shock around the globe after viral news of their relationship surfaced online. And despite the major age difference, the duo tried to justify how their feelings for one another were true to the core. But now, it’s a whole different ballgame as the 83-year-old confirms that marrying him was the biggest mistake of her life.

Referring to him as a true money-grabber, she adds that their relationship was all based on lies because while she had pure intentions for him, his plans were much different.

The pensioner who hails from the UK named Iris Jones added how she learned her lesson the hard way. And that includes spending three years with a man who gave her nothing but pain and heartbreak in the end. “It’s just so devastating, We had an incredible start but it soon went downhill!”- she cried.

The duo met online through Facebook and despite many people having reservations about their marriage, they still went ahead and beat all the odds.

But before she knew it, Iris said that all she was doing was taking care of him, cooking food for him, and cleaning after him. This was not what she signed up for, she explained.

Iris says that her family always told her to think twice but the feelings she had for her toyboy lover from Egypt were just too strong and she claims they got the best of her.

“I was blinded by his love at the start. Soon, I realized that nothing was real. It was all about money, he wanted nothing else”- she explained.
