According to local media outlets, the camera’s eye caught the head of state behaving ridiculously as he chatted and joked with his entourage and other aides. He was also seen taking images despite knowing the protocol outlined for dignitaries on such state occasions.

But the Armenian leader appeared as if he could care less because the way he was behaving in Westminster Hall was just beyond mind-blowing for some people to comprehend.

The images are now going viral as we speak as many are trying to wrap their heads around why such a leader would do this, despite knowing the world is watching.
