Weddings are a stressful affair, especially when it comes down to the part of the invitation.
One woman says she was beyond mortified to learn that her best friend who was the bride, opted to uninvite her little infant from the wedding. But if you think she was going to leave him behind then you’re sadly mistaken.
One young woman wants to know if she is in the wrong for taking that bold initiative of ignoring the host’s own rules and regulations about barring kids and opting to bring her newborn child over.
Moreover, she also wants the world to realize that her baby has no one else that can look after her because it’s so tiny. And there is no chance in the world that this young woman was going to trust her precious child with anyone else but her.
“I could not believe that I being the bride’s best friend and her bridesmaid was not allowed to get a child to the wedding.
I ignored her completely and decided to bring my baby along. I feel it’s super selfish to mention that to me. There are always exceptions in life and I happen to be one of those”- she continued.
As expected, the bride did not take this news too well. She claims to be too embarrassed and wants others to know that this is not okay.
“Rules are rules and if I make exceptions for one then I’ll surely be required to make an exception for another”- she added.

And if the mother has indeed opted to attend the wedding and be such an integral part of it, the least the host can do is allow her newborn in as a guest.
It’s her special day. You should have backed out as a bridesmaid
and not attended. Her rule was probably known a long time before the wedding. If she got mad because you have to bring your baby to the wedding, so be it. This should have been discussed months ago.
