Terrifying reports are speaking up about a lawsuit involving the late CEO of OceanGate who recently lost his life in the horrifying tragedy.
Sources claim a couple from Florida ended up suing the company’s CEO for fraud regarding several shocking acts. But now, they’ve ended up drawing the lawsuit after hearing about the death of the victims on board the vessel.
The couple had reportedly sued the firm because it failed to give them back funds for a trip on the doomed vessel that they had canceled.
But after hearing about the horrifying ordeal and the Titan sub imploding into pieces and killing all five victims on board the vessel, they opted to take a step back and drop the case. “We honor the lives lost in this terrifying ordeal. Our heart goes out to all of the victims aboard the sub”- mentioned another individual.
The Titan sub imploded with the CEO on board and that’s why the couple has opted to surrender the lawsuit. “The honor, dignity, respect, and love we have for all of the victims is way more than money”- the statement from them went on to add.
Sharon and Marc from Florida ended up suing the company at the start of the year. They claim that their $210,000 was never refunded and the fact that the sum is so huge and no one is doing anything about it is shocking.
