Tragic reports have confirmed the death of a leading fashion influencer who passed away weeks after complaining about their complications from a cosmetic surget to attain the viral fox eyes appeal.
Adair Mendes Dutra Junior passed away at the age of 31. He was known in Brazil as Junior Dutra on Instagram and local media outlets have confirmed that he suffered from a serious infection after the procedure from celeb surgeon Fernando Garbi who is also being sued right now.
The surgery is known for lifting the corners of the eyes to create that exotic cat like look. In March, he shared pictures of his bruised and swollen face.
Then on October 3, he became very sick and felt shortness of breath and was rushed to the nearest emergency room at a public hospital where he did pass away as per a close friend Gean Souza.
“We still don’t have the medical terms related to the cause of death’- he mentioned during an interview. Neither did they have any idea about his medical records with the cause of death mentioned.
Junior has recently requested the police in Sao Paulo to investigate Garbi and therefore also launched a lawsuit against him, alleging medical malpractice. This also includes charges linked to fraud and serious bodily injury.
