Angelina Jolie’s former company has accused actor Brad Pitt of theft and hence has filed a mega lawsuit worth $250 million against him.
According to local media outlets, the company that used to be under the ownership of Angelina Jolie as late as last year claims Brad Pitt stole their wine business and French Castle from the actress.
The lawsuit was reportedly filed last week on Tuesday and has taken the entire Hollywood fraternity by storm. Moreover, the huge amount enlisted in damages is also very eye-opening for many.
The firm’s filing has gone on to speak in detail about how Jolie’s former partner trying to move assets in a very secretive manner from the former couple’s co-owned business toward his friends and a few other firms.

It has also suggested in detail how the actor even gave away 50% of the firm’s trademarks to one of his own friends without any form of payment involved.
Nouvel has added that the actor’s alleged scheme indirectly meant that the actress would never ever see a dime from the payments of the French castle called Chateau Miraval’s profits. And those are said to be worth tens of millions.
Angelina Jolie was still believed to hold shares of the wine company through her own firm, but she, later on, sold it off to the leading beverage giant named Stoli in the previous year.
Many feel the decision taken by Brad Pitt to carry out these measures was a form of retaliation for the couple’s messy divorce and the custody proceedings afterward.
