According to local media outlets, 36 year old has been seen filing an appeal, after the defamation case’s verdict went against her favor. She and her legal team were not happy with the way things went and also had issues with a member of the jury. And that’s what led actor Johnny Depp to file another appeal against her.

Heard also appealed to have her multi-million dollar settlement overturned as she felt the defamation charges were not fair.

It is now believed that ever since her appeal was rejected, she may have been busy raising some of the funds and that’s proven by the fact that she’s sold off her residence in Yucca Valley for just $1.05 million. This home is reported to be present in the California desert region and although she may have gained a profit of $500,000, she never wished to take on the decision in the first place.

Amber Heard first purchased the home in the year 2019 and that was through the help of an unidentified trust that was linked to the celeb.

Attorneys on Heard’s side begged that she pursue tens of millions of dollars in cash that they felt she had rights over via the profits made by Johnny Depp’s movie career, in particular his Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
