The family has started a GoFundMe account to help cover the expenses linked to his sudden and tragic death. However, the parents are still grieving their son’s senseless loss as they feel this is not an incident that should have occurred.

“We are holding the school accountable for their ridiculous rules. Why or how can anyone find the act alright? I’m just sad at this incident and want people to realize that it’s beyond shocking how you’d think of this as acceptable”- the mother added.

Yashua Robinson passed away at the Canyon Lake Middle School in California. He was reportedly forced to wear clothes that were inappropriate for the gym session.

And since the temperatures for running outside were just too extreme, it really did end up getting the best of him. And he died in no time, sources continued to mention.

“My baby suddenly collapsed and became unresponsive. This is not the way things were supposed to happen. What was his crime? Was it that big that a child would be left with no other rule than to run for the sake of his incorrect gym class clothing?”- they added while wiping away their tears.

Meanwhile, the family’s advocate has also released a statement on the incident and hopes the parents and close loved ones can grieve in privacy because that’s all they want for little Yashua as he cannot come back.

“We know that our child was loved by so many people. We give thanks to all those helping us during this process of grieving that’s incredibly difficult”- the statement read.

Similarly, it spoke about how talented, enthusiastic, and bright the child was, and for this reason, it’s making it so much harder for so many of his friends and loved ones to accept the reality of this tragedy.
