A family was reportedly kicked off a flight after furious passengers complained to the cabin crew about their body odor.
The news has taken social media by storm and netizens are now commenting on the matter and how they’re divided over how the airlines behaved on that particular day.
The family comprised a husband, wife, and their baby daughter. Not only was that surprising, but the trio was escorted off without their luggage too.
No matter what, no passenger ever wants to face this kind of embarrassment or humiliation. And now, American Airlines is under fire for the matter because they failed to reach out to the customers and didn’t even opt to give an apology for the occasions despite them being paying passengers.
The family explained how they were so bothered by the ordeal because they just couldn’t find the smell that people were complaining of. It was to such an extent of their confusion that they ended up stopping other people at the airport and generally asking them
The 36-year-old business consultant who goes by the name Mr. Adler was so adamant that he did not smell that he’s now willing to take legal action against the company for the embarrassment that he had to face, not to mention the delayed flights and lack of customer service.
“I was paying for this fight. We had a baby with us. The way they behaved is just uncalled for and we cannot just sit here and listen to the nonsense being spoken about us”- the couple added.
Now, they’re demanding an investigation and financial compensation for the awful flying experience.
