Russia has reportedly placed the US President and the First Lady with their daughter on a newly issued ‘stop list’.
The country’s Foreign Ministry put forward a list of people who promoted a ‘Russophobic’ agenda and that was related to adding individuals and entities to a list that they felt needed to be banned indefinitely from the nation.
The news comes in line with retaliation to the sanctions that were reportedly aimed at Russia as the ongoing war in Ukraine continues.
This is definitely not the first time that we’re seeing or heading about a list that has a number of banned individuals being placed as a move to target and get payback for the way Russia is being viewed by different parts of the world.
But it was definitely interesting for so many people to witness President Biden and his family join a host of other leading names from the country. And that includes some leading senators hailing from New York, Nebraska, and Maine among others.
However, the new black list does not stop there. It has several other members including some top university-level professors, researchers, a list of authors, and leading officials from the country’s government whom Russians see as being responsible for spreading a negative image of the country around the globe.
Regardless of what Russia thinks, the US has recently added some more sanctions on a number of leading political as well as public figures. President Biden says the ultimate aim is to cripple the Russian economy so that it has no choice but to end the war immediately which has been going on since February.
This includes limiting the ongoing global market, putting an end to trade, and freezing all the assets belonging to leading members that happen to be involved in Putin’s evil regime.
