A leading cafe in Japan recently turned heads after it went viral for the most strange and alarming reasons.
Sources from local media outlets claim the popular food and drink destination ended up firing their own staff member after accusing her of mixing blood into the cocktails she served to guests.
The incident sparked outrage when it was revealed through the cafe’s Twitter page what was taking place and how the owners rushed to file charges against the waitress while shutting the cafe down immediately.
They have since then replaced all of the glasses to make sure there is nothing stained and to keep customers coming back, sources revealed.
But the whole ordeal is believed to be just so bizarre altogether. The owners claim they are still trying to figure out the motive behind the woman’s odd act.
They have confirmed that the woman has been dismissed from her duties and there is an investigation taking place to determine what really went on. She will be held accountable for her actions, they went on to reveal.
Clients praised the management for acting quickly but others were not so convinced and felt that the matter was taking place for so long and beneath their noses, yet no one noticed or paid heed.
Meanwhile, other reports spoke about how the cafe is famous for some shady things including how it likes to serve people cocktails through the hands of problematic girls or those coming from a dark background.
Why they choose to hire some people is another question on netizens’ minds as it might as well lead to more incidents like these that go unnoticed.
