Aquaman 2 star Jason Momoa is being accused by actress Amber Heard of trying to get her fired.
The star says Momoa used to show up to sets of the films drunk and even dressed up like her former husband Johnny Depp. And if that was not shocking enough, the star has gone as far as to mention that she is appalled by his behavior that was inclined toward having her fired.
The 37-year-old is all set to make her comeback in Hollywood as the lead character of Mera in Aquaman. Similarly, she will become a part of the Lost Kingdom which is all set for a release on December 20, 2023.
The news comes after she had just publicly battled her court case with her former husband Johnny Depp last year and that was also her attempt to try and prevent herself from being terminated from the leading film.
The actress mentioned how everyone worked as a unit to have her removed and a lot of her scenes were cut. She called the actions out as unfair while detailing more about the bombshell revelations.
Reports from Variety magazine went on to add how fans of Johnny Depp were left with no choice but to pay for the court fees to have the actress’s therapist notes revealed that had been documented on a pad. Moreover, they became part of the trial and were soon read out in court.
These notes spoke in detail about Jason Momoa’s behavior from the actress’s point of view. She bashed Momoa for his wrong actions and for coming drunk and late to the set, having no form of professionalism to carry out his role, opposite to her.
“He even dressed like Johnny. He wore rings and all, just to get me upset. It was just a lot to handle”- the actress cried.
Meanwhile, one source who happened to be on the movie’s set in London added how the duo did indeed get along quite well on the film set. Similarly, the source added how Momoa is one celeb who really does work his backside off.
While he does like to enjoy his beverages, it’s mostly beer and therefore remains professional at all times, the source further unveiled. Therefore, the news has now raised questions about Heard’s stance because the witness made claims that were totally opposite of Heard’s.
